FAQ

What's the difference between the X0 and the M1?

The X0 steps up from the M1 with a stronger motor (90Nm vs 80Nm), a bigger battery (630Wh vs 504Wh), 4-piston brakes and wider 28 x 2.0 tyres. Both use a Gates belt and Enviolo hub. Choose the X0 if you climb a lot, carry loads or want the most battery headroom.

Will the X0 handle steep hills?

Yes. It has the most powerful motor we fit: a 90Nm mid-drive that works through the gears, which is what makes the biggest difference on steep climbs.

How far will the X0 go on one charge?

Up to 100km on low assist and even terrain. The larger 630Wh battery means you keep more range in reserve when riding on higher assist or carrying weight.

How much maintenance does it need?

Very little day to day. The Gates belt needs no oil and is rated for over 30,000km, and the Enviolo hub has no derailleur. Brakes and tyres still need regular checks.

Can I carry a child on the X0?

Yes. Choose the Cargo Pack Child option when you order.

What size X0 do I need?

Medium (54cm) suits riders 167–182cm and Large (58cm) suits 175–210cm. In the overlap, book a test ride and try both. Maximum total weight is 120kg, including rider and luggage.

Can I buy it through the bike to work scheme?

Yes. Your employer can contribute up to €1,500 towards an e-bike, repaid from your gross salary over up to 12 months. You pay any balance above €1,500 directly. Get a bike to work quote.
