    Send the quote to your employer or scheme provider. They will then handle the payment or provide you with a voucher.
  • 3. Enjoy your e-bike

    You pay us the final balance (if required), and your new Kuma Bike will be delivered to you fully assembled and ready to go!

  • What is the Cycle to Work Scheme, and how can I use it at Kuma? The Cycle to Work Scheme lets employees get a bike tax-free through salary deductions. At Kuma, select an eligible bike, and your employer covers the cost upfront. You then repay through salary deductions.
  • Which Kuma bikes are eligible for the Cycle to Work Scheme? The scheme covers new bikes, including e-bikes and cargo bikes. Kuma’s selection includes electric and standard models, all eligible for the scheme.
  • How much can my employer contribute to my new Kuma Bike? Your employer can contribute up to €3,000 on cargo/e-cargo bikes, €1,500 on e-bikes, and €1,250 on standard bikes through the scheme.
  • Does the Cycle to Work Scheme cover electric bikes from Kuma? Yes you can recieve up to €3000 euro towards your new electric Kuma Bike
  • What accessories can I purchase with my Kuma bike under the scheme? The scheme includes safety accessories such as helmets, lights, locks, mudguards, and reflective clothing.

  • How often can I get a new Kuma bike through the bike to work scheme? The Scheme can be used once every 4 years.
  • What happens after I select my Kuma bike—how does my employer pay? Your employer pays Kuma directly, and the cost is deducted from your salary in instalments. Your employer can also pay the full amount if they choose and not take anything from your salary.
