FAQ

What's the difference between the Uco Plus and the Uco Plus Mid Drive?

Same frame, battery and load capacity. The Mid Drive swaps the 45Nm hub motor for a 90Nm mid motor that works through the gears, so it climbs much more strongly when loaded. It costs €549 more than the Uco Plus.

Will it handle hills with a load?

Yes, that's what it's for. A 90Nm mid motor is the strongest option in our compact cargo range.

How far will it go on one charge?

Up to 80km on assist level 1 and even terrain. Expect less when fully loaded or on higher assist.

Can it carry a child?

The rear rack carries up to 50kg. Ask in store about child seat and rear cushion options.

Is it covered by the bike to work scheme?

Yes. Cargo and e-cargo bikes have a higher €3,000 limit, so at €2,599 it can be fully covered, repaid from your gross salary over up to 12 months. Get a bike to work quote.
